Brandon is an Analyst with the firm, providing support in merger and acquisition transactions, debt and equity capital raises, and strategic advisory services across multiple healthcare verticals. He supports the team by building marketing materials, conducting research, and executing the firm’s active healthcare transactions.

Prior to joining Westcove, Brandon completed several private equity and investment banking internships throughout his time at the University of Denver. He previously interned at a boutique investment bank, JD Merit, where he assisted the team with deals in each phase of the transaction process. Prior to JD Merit, Brandon spent time at VergePointe Capital, a boutique private equity firm, where he assisted with due diligence and financial modeling.

Brandon graduated from the University of Denver with a double major in Finance and Philosophy along with a minor in Economics. He holds his Series 63 license and is currently working towards his Series 79 FINRA license.
