Fei assists in merger and acquisition transactions, debt and equity capital raises, and strategic advisory services across multiple healthcare verticals. Fei supports the team in creating marketing materials, conducting research, and executing the firm’s active transactions. Prior to joining Westcove, Fei completed an internship at Young America Capital, a boutique investment bank, where he worked with its maritime shipping team. Fei also interned at Persea Capital Management, an event-driven investment firm, where he assisted in identifying profitable investment opportunities.
Fei received his Master of Financial Analysis degree from Rutgers Business School and has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. He holds his Series 63 and 79 FINRA licenses.
