Westcove Advises The Prescription Center in its Partnership with Altruix

LOS ANGELES, CA – October 29, 2025 – Westcove Partners, LLC (“Westcove”), a highly specialized investment bank, announced that it acted as the exclusive financial advisor to The Prescription Center (“TPC”) in its partnership with Altruix, a portfolio company of WindRose Health Investors (“WindRose”). The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Westcove’s deal team included Justin Hand, Managing Director; Abe M’Bodj, Director; Bill Bolding, Vice President; Geno Catalano, Associate; Amr Baumy, Analyst; and Andrew Hartono, Analyst.

The Prescription Center includes two separate, but uniformly branded entities: a specialty pharmacy focused on behavioral health and a retail pharmacy. Together, they maintain a comprehensive portfolio of medications tailored to patients with mental health conditions, substance use disorders, and related chronic conditions. With a decades-long presence in Scranton, TPC is recognized for its exceptional service and dedication to serving the local community.
