Amr is an Analyst at Westcove, specializing in supporting the firm’s healthcare merger and acquisition transactions, debt and equity capital raises, and strategic advisory services. His role involves the preparation of marketing materials, in-depth research, and active execution of ongoing transactions.
Prior to joining Westcove, Amr completed an investment banking internship at Xnergy Financial during his studies at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. At Xnergy, he worked on transactions across various healthcare verticals being involved in every stage of the deal process from sourcing to close.
Amr graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst with a double major in Finance and Economics. Amr holds his Series 63 and 79 FINRA licenses.
