Westcove Advises Advanced Cardiovascular Specialists in its Partnership with Heart & Vascular Partners

LOS ANGELES, CA – September 21, 2022 – Westcove Partners LLC (“Westcove”), an emerging and highly specialized investment bank, announced that it acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Advanced Cardiovascular Specialists, LLP (“ACS”) in its partnership with Heart & Vascular Partners (“HVP”), a portfolio company of Assured Healthcare Partners (“Assured”). ACS is the leading cardiovascular practice in Southeast Texas. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Westcove’s deal team included Justin Hand, Managing Director; Abe M’Bodj, Vice President; Dimitri Michalakis, Associate; and Rebecca Phuong, Associate.
ACS, based in Beaumont, Texas, has a team of seven physicians across four locations and has been a long-standing member of the Southeast Texas community since its inception in 1957. All ACS physicians provide quality cardiovascular services personalized for each patient and have extensive experience in treating various cardiovascular conditions. Bringing ACS into its network, HVP will expand its footprint into Texas. HVP is a management services organization supporting independent cardiovascular practices across the United States.
