Caitlyn is the Executive Assistant at Westcove, where she provides high-level administrative and operational support. With over a decade of experience in financial services, she plays a key role in streamlining workflows, managing complex scheduling, and supporting firm operations.
Before joining Westcove, Caitlyn served as Executive Assistant at Casa Verde Capital, supporting the Managing Partner and broader venture team across global travel coordination, fundraising efforts, and relationship management with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors.
Caitlyn graduated magna cum laude and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting from Arizona State University’s Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts, with additional studies in Art History and Art Education. She brings a creative, solutions-oriented approach to executive support and is passionate about building structure, clarity, and value across teams.
