June Park is an Analyst at Westcove Partners, where he focuses on healthcare M&A, supporting sell-side and buy-side transactions, capital raises, and strategic advisory engagements. His work includes financial modeling, valuation analysis, diligence coordination, and the preparation of marketing materials such as CIMs, management presentations, and buyer communications.
 
Prior to joining Westcove, June was an Investment Banking Analyst at ComCap, advising on technology, digital commerce, and software-enabled services transactions. At ComCap, he worked primarily on middle-market sell-side M&A mandates, supporting end-to-end deal execution across financial analysis, buyer outreach, and process management for both platform companies and carve-outs.
June began his investment banking career at Intrepid Investment Bankers, where he focused on software and services M&A, gaining foundational experience in transaction execution, financial modeling, and deal marketing.
June graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
