LOS ANGELES, CA – May 3, 2024 – Westcove Partners, LLC (“Westcove”), an emerging and highly specialized investment bank, announced that it acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Kansas City Research Institute (“KCRI”) in its partnership with Alcanza Clinical Research (“Alcanza”), a portfolio company of Martis Capital Management (“Martis”). The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
