Westcove Advises The Natural Result in its Partnership with Undisclosed Investor
LOS ANGELES, CA – February 3, 2023 – Westcove Partners LLC (“Westcove”), an emerging and highly specialized investment bank, announced that it acted as the exclusive financial advisor to The Natural Result / Center for Aesthetic Artistry (“The Natural Result” or “TNR”) in its partnership with an Undisclosed Investor, a healthcare partnership comprised of the country’s leading plastic surgery practices. The Natural Result is a leading plastic surgery provider in Northern California that has provided more than 20,000 procedures since its inception in 2006. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Westcove’s deal team included Justin Hand, Managing Director; Abe M’Bodj, Director; Dimitri Michalakis, Associate; Rebecca Phuong, Associate; and Fei Han, Analyst.
The Natural Result, based in Folsom, California, has been serving the Sacramento region for 16 years. The practice provides a full array of surgical, laser, and non-surgical treatments in its state-of-the-art office, and prides itself in providing a patient-centric approach through its highly experienced providers and staff. The practice’s physicians are experienced, board-certified plastic surgeons coming from top-tier medical schools and residency programs. Dr. Kaufman and Dr. Davis have a combined 35 years of experience. The practice’s third surgeon, Dr. Daly, was a Stanford Plastic Surgery Fellow; one of two selected for this distinction. The modern facility is a 13,500 square-foot building and has two AAAASF-accredited operating rooms and maintains an exemplary safety record.
Bringing TNR into its network, Undisclosed Investor will expand its footprint into Northern California. Undisclosed Investor has a national reach with eight locations across California and Washington DC and is growing to become one of the nation’s largest plastic surgery groups.
