Westcove Partners Endowment Announces its Fellowship Recipient

LOS ANGELES, CA – December 11, 2025 – Westcove Partners (“Westcove) proudly announces its third year awarding the Westcove Partners Endowment at UCLA Anderson School of Management (“UCLA Anderson”). Established in January 2022 in collaboration with UCLA Anderson and the Anderson Leadership Giving Challenge, this $500,000 endowment was created to help remove financial barriers for underrepresented full-time MBA students.

For the second consecutive year, the fellowship recipient is Kelly Young, a member of the UCLA Anderson Class of 2026. Kelly, formerly a Senior Community Manager at Khoros, is an engaged and impactful contributor to the UCLA Anderson community. She holds leadership roles within the Entertainment Management Association and the Black Business Students Association and is also involved with the Tech Business Association at Anderson.

Below, Kelly shares her reflections on how the Westcove Partners Endowment has supported her journey, her experience within the UCLA Anderson community, and highlights from her first year in the MBA program.

How has UCLA Anderson supported your professional and personal goals?

Anderson has supported me by providing me with a network of intelligent and ambitious people who are more than willing to help me reach my goals. My classmates and Anderson alumni have helped me with interview questions, shared industry knowledge, and cheered me on as I look for roles.

How has the UCLA Anderson experience developed your leadership skills?

Being a leader for two clubs—Black Business Student Association and Entertainment Management Association—has pushed me to make decisions for the good of entire organizations. The leadership roles have helped me gain experience with putting others’ needs before my own.

What is a memorable experience or highlight of your time at UCLA Anderson?

A highlight has been seeing and interacting with amazing guest speakers in entertainment classes. I have heard from high-profile producers, such as Jerry Bruckheimer, and marketing executives at studios, such as A24 and Universal. As an entertainment-lover, it has been rewarding to hear from these industry decision-makers.
