Rebecca Phuong joins as Associate, and Fei Han and Andrew Nguyen join as Analysts August 2022

Los Angeles, California, August 30, 2022 – Westcove Partners (“Westcove”) announced today three new additions to the healthcare investment banking team, Rebecca Phuong, who has joined as an Associate, as well as Andrew Nguyen and Fei Han, who have joined as Analysts. Rebecca will play an integral role in Westcove’s healthcare mergers and acquisition processes in addition to debt and equity financings, while Andrew and Fei will help provide research, analytical, and execution support on the firm’s active healthcare engagements.
Prior to joining Westcove, Rebecca worked at Kaiser Permanente as the Chief of Staff to the Chief Financial Officer, where she accumulated vast experience in driving cross-functional alignment across large enterprises. During her time there, she managed Information Technology’s $80 billion operating revenue and their $5 billion annual budget. Rebecca graduated with her Master’s in Business Administration from University of California, Los Angeles, Anderson School of Management with a concentration in finance and executive leadership and earned her Bachelor of Arts from University of California, Berkeley, where she majored in Public Health.
Before joining Westcove, Fei completed an internship at Young America Capital, a boutique investment bank based in New York, where he worked with the firm’s maritime shipping team and assisted in equity and debt financing activities. Fei also interned at Persea Capital Management, an event-driven investment firm, where he assisted in identifying profitable investment opportunities. Fei received his Master of Financial Analysis degree from Rutgers Business School and earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
Andrew brings to Westcove a diverse skillset, having done internships in both private equity and investment banking. Most recently, he interned at a boutique investment bank, JD Merit, working on transactions in the industrials and technology space. Prior to JD Merit, Andrew interned at CriticalPoint Capital and Genz & Associates, where he assisted with deal sourcing and origination efforts for financial sponsors and strategic buyers. Andrew graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, with a degree in Economics and Accounting.
