Westcove Partners Announces Team Member Promotions and Expands with New Hires
Abe M’Bodj promoted to Managing Director and Amr Baumy promoted to Associate. June Park joins as Analyst and Caitlyn Hoffman joins as Executive Assistant.
Los Angeles, California – January 14, 2026 – Westcove Partners (“Westcove”), a premier healthcare-focused investment bank, is delighted to announce the promotions of Abe M’Bodj to Managing Director and Amr Baumy to Associate, as well as the additions of June Park as Analyst and Caitlyn Hoffman as Executive Assistant.
Abe has been promoted to Managing Director in recognition of his outstanding leadership, consistent execution, and meaningful contributions to the firm and its clients. Since joining Westcove in November 2020, Abe has advised clients across a wide range of mandates. He has played a central role in originating and leading sell-side advisory engagements, while also helping shape the firm’s strategic direction, mentoring team members, and strengthening Westcove’s culture of excellence. As Managing Director, Abe will continue to lead complex transactions and support the firm’s continued growth.
Amr has been promoted to Associate following strong performance and increasing responsibility across active mandates. Since joining the firm in 2024, Amr has worked closely with senior team members on transaction execution, financial analysis, and client support across multiple healthcare verticals. In his new role, Amr will take on expanded responsibilities in managing workstreams and supporting deal execution as Westcove continues to scale its advisory services.

Additionally, Caitlyn Hoffman joins Westcove as Executive
Assistant. She brings over a decade of experience in financial services and is
instrumental in coordinating complex schedules, enhancing internal processes,
and supporting firm operations. Prior to joining Westcove, Caitlyn supported
senior leadership at Casa Verde Capital, working closely with the venture team
on fundraising initiatives, investor communications, and global travel logistics.
She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Arizona State University’s Herberger
Institute for Design and the Arts, graduating magna cum laude.
June Park joins Westcove as an Analyst. Before joining Westcove, June worked in investment banking, supporting mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions across multiple industries. Most recently, he served as an Analyst at ComCap, where he led diligence workstreams, worked closely with senior executives, and managed investor interactions on live transactions. Earlier in his career, June was an Analyst at Intrepid Investment Bank, where he supported multiple sell-side M&A and recapitalization transactions. June holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
