Geno brings valuable financial and operational experience to the Westcove team, with a strong background in investment banking and strategic consulting for founder operated businesses. Prior to joining Westcove, he founded an independent consulting company, where he guided startup businesses across various industries by providing insight and support in implementing accounting, financial, and legal processes to achieve their founders’ objectives. His investment banking career started as an Associate in the FIG group at MJC Partners in Los Angeles,  where he collaborated with bank executive teams nationwide on strategic, transactional, and valuation services. Building on his success at MJC Partners, Geno later joined Clear Capital Advisors, a Los Angeles based boutique investment bank focusing on founder operated businesses, where he provided sell-side transaction advisory services across industries including consumer, technology, and healthcare. Geno began his career as a Corporate Analyst at United Bankshares, Inc (NASDAQ: UBSI), developing risk management models and evaluating M&A opportunities for the Washington D.C. based commercial bank.

Geno graduated with Summa Cum Laude Honors and a Master’s Degree in Finance from West Virginia University. He is also a member of the Chartered Financial Analyst Institute and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst Designation. He holds his Series 63 and 79 FINRA licenses.
