Bill focuses on advising clients through merger & acquisition transactions, recapitalizations, and strategic advisory. In addition to executing transactions on behalf of clients, Bill plays a key role in supporting Westcove’s origination efforts and expansion into new coverage areas.
Prior to joining Westcove, Bill worked with the investment banking team at Provident Healthcare Partners, where he originated and executed on transactions across multiple healthcare verticals, including healthcare services, pharmaceutical and life sciences services, and physician practice management. Bill has contributed to numerous national publications throughout his career, including Outsourced Pharma, Reuters, Becker’s, and AIS Health, among others.
Bill graduated from the University of Maryland, where he studied Economics. He holds his Series 63 and 79 FINRA licenses.
