Rebecca is an Associate on the team and focuses on merger and acquisition advisory, debt and equity capital raises, and strategic advisory services across various healthcare verticals. In addition to her transactional duties, Rebecca engages in business development and firm-building activities such as onboarding, recruiting, and operational management.

Her previous experience includes change management, organizational and executive communication, and program management. Prior to joining Westcove, Rebecca worked at Kaiser Permanente as Chief of Staff to the Chief Financial Officer. During her time there she managed Information Technology’s $80 billion operating revenue and their $5 billion annual budget. She has experience in driving cross-functional alignment across large enterprises. Additionally, she interned in investment banking as an Associate at Bank of America Merrill Lynch during her summer in business school.

Rebecca graduated with her MBA from UCLA Anderson with a concentration in finance and executive leadership. She also earned her B.A. from UC Berkeley and majored in Public Health. Rebecca holds her Series 63 and 79 FINRA licenses. In her free time, she is active in Rotary International, leading several initiatives across the organization.
