Abe focuses on advising clients through a variety of mandates including merger & acquisition transactions, debt and equity financings, as well as our Impact Investing fund. As a critical component of our team, Abe actively manages many of Westcove’s mandates and is actively involved in the firm’s healthcare industry coverage. In addition to his role of advising clients at Westcove, Abe is responsible for helping to implement the strategic direction and vision of the firm as well as the development of talent internally. Abe joined Westcove early in its tenure and as a critical team member, he is committed to building a culture of excellence, ethics, and respect at the firm.

Prior to joining Westcove, Abe began his investment banking career with Provident Healthcare Partners, and played an instrumental role in successfully advising his healthcare clients through numerous transactions. Abe has also been widely recognized as an industry expert on the subject of private equity investment in healthcare services and has been interviewed on numerous occasions by various publications and has been invited to speak at several industry conferences on the subject.

Abe graduated from Bryant University where he played Division One college football and was a four-year starter on the offensive line for the Bulldogs. He credits his determination and will to succeed on behalf of his clients to his time spent in Division One athletics. Abe holds his Series 63 and 79 FINRA licenses.
